JASMiND has successfully delivered phase 2 of the Knowledge Management project for one of the leading cell operators in Russia. Phase 2 extended solution functionality, enhanced the information integration on CSR/CCR single view screen to improve effectiveness of information use and provided access to remote regional CSRs and delaers to KM solution.
JASMiND delivers solutions in Europe
JASMiND has signed a solution delivery agreement with one of the leading telecommunications provider in Europe (with presence in 10 European countries) for E-learning management solution. Learning planning and scheduling, training and tests courses delivery as well as results analysis business processes will be automated. Solution allows also training materials development and management (SCORM format). Multilanguage will be supported for 10 european countries within single distributed solution environment.
JASMiND delivers OSS solution support services
JASMiND participates in several projects to support and extend functionality of OSS solutions (based on NetCracker OSS platform) for telecommunication providers in Russia. Scope of work includes information model and functionality configuration, integration interfaces development and data migration.
